3 SHIPPING POLICY

We are currently accepting orders only within India and a free of cost shipping We are constantly striving towards a smooth hassle free delivery service for you. Expected time of delivery is within 10 days from the date of payment confirmation. Due to COVID the delivery times may vary and are solely dependent on the area-wise lockdown regulations. 

 

 

4 Return & Exchange Policy

In case you've changed your mind about your  purchase, or if you're dissatisfied with a product, it is returnable (but not exchangeable) only if the size has been selected from our internationally accepted sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL). In case the scrub set has been custom made as per the measurements provided by you, it is neither refundable nor exchangeable. 

Should you wish to return the purchase you have made, ensure the tags are intact and the scrub set is not damaged, washed or worne before the return. The validity of return is within 10 days from the date of order delivery. The order refund amount should reflect back to your source of payment within 30 days after the products have been dispatched.

 

 

5. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.
